If the engine is not of the same generation as the vehicle, this major change qualifies the vehicle in the "Modified" class.
Officials will verify if the vehicle is strong enough to be removed without leaving any parts in the hole after the competition and that all the accessories are properly fixed (including in the rear box of the vehicle).
It is mandatory that all owners of these modified vehicles who register for a race in the MODIFIED class have an operational fire extinguisher of category ABC. This equipment will be verified at registration during the mechanical inspection.
