On the site, it is prohibited:

 

• All beverages or foods from outside (cooler, foods, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage)

• Pets without leash / without supervision / leave alone in a vehicle

• Items that could endanger your safety or that of other spectators

• Items intended for sale / promotion without written permission signed by a Festival official

• Leave a child unattended anywhere on the site

 

Refund policy  

 

A refund request can be made up to 5 days before the date of the event, by email or by phone with the manager. Reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment and it will be made within 15 days of the request.

 

Clearance and photography  

 

Be aware and know that during all our events, extreme activities take place there and that despite the implementation of several measures to ensure the safety of all, accidents can happen.

 

We have several photographers who are at work at each of our events, be aware that it may be possible that you are photographed or video and that these are used for the promotion of future events. So, you can find these images in the week following the event on our Facebook page.
